How to win: Cleaning Services Contract Project

About this contract

This is an ever changing and developing organisation, over term of the contract there are likely to be changes to the areas in which cleaning services are to be provided and hence changes/additions to the specification. Some of these changes may be significant, Guildford Borough Council are looking for the contractor to work with them and be flexible and adaptable over the course of the contract, so we are able to respond to changes in Customer choices and support our asset management strategy.
