Lot 2b – Homes for Children with Complex Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (Complex EBD). The Framework will initially provide 14 residential placements across the three Lots: Lot 1 - 4 placements, Lot 2a - 5 placements and Lot 2b - 5 placements.
