Services will promote the best start in life, improve child development and family wellbeing, strengthen parenting capacity, and provide integrated support through close partnership working with health, education, early help, children's social care and the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector. The Provider will deliver services using strengths-based, trauma-informed and relational approaches, ensuring accessible, evidence-informed support and seamless pathways for families in line with the Council's Children and Young People's Plan, Best Start in Life, Family Hubs and Families First Partnership Programme.
