Scope of Works: - Site management, health and safety compliance, RAMS, project coordination and completion documentation. - Coordination with a licensed asbestos contractor for the removal of remaining asbestos-containing materials and provision of access where required. - Supply of scaffold boards to facilitate roof access for specialist contractors. - Protection of carpets and surrounding finishes prior to commencement of repair works. - Installation of new 12.5mm Fireline plasterboard ceiling, including taping, plastering and making good. - Full redecoration of affected areas, including mist coat and two finishing coats to match existing finishes. - Reinstatement of loft insulation with 270mm mineral wool insulation. - Reinstatement and decoration of access panelling, including intumescent paint treatment.
