The Council does not guarantee any minimum volume of work under this Contract. • During the period November 2025 to June 2026, the Council received 61 carpet referrals. • Based on this historical data, this equates to approximately 90 referrals per annum. • This annual figure is provided for indicative purposes only and should not be regarded as a guarantee of future demand. • For single-person households, carpeting is typically provided to the living room and one bedroom. • For two-bedroom properties, carpeting is typically provided to the living room and one child's bedroom.
