To provide technical feasibility assessments and early engagement with stakeholders have identified that the Brunel and Bayswater location has the capacity for the delivery of a significant number of new homes and community facilities. WCC would like residents living in and around the Brunel estate to meaningfully participate in the co-design of regeneration proposals for the former Family Contact Centre, Moulsford and Polperro House and Bayswater Housing Service Centre (the site) and have awarded to a co-design specialist. The appointed organisation will be able to utilise a methodical approach to upskill people from a range of backgrounds. This will ensure that the breadth of diversity that is so evident in the Brunel community is recognised and represented as we embark on this important piece of consultation work.
