Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) seeks to appoint competent specialist mechanical, commercial gas and boiler and mechanical contractors to undertake planned minor works, condition-led remedial works, lifecycle replacements, upgrades and new installations across the Trust estate in the South East. This arrangement is separate and distinct from reactive maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). Reactive response and PPM remain the responsibility of the Trust appointed Hard FM contractor, unless the Trust determines otherwise through its governance and instruction process.
