Small volumes of overlapping Spinal treatment are also included where ICB is commissioner. • Ophthalmology • Oral surgery and Maxillofacial • Plastics (dermatology) • Urology The Provider may provide the following services through the contract duration without the requirement of a contract variation: • Ear, Nose and Throat • Gynaecology . The provider is required to deliver the full patient pathway where appropriate, including referral management, triage, diagnostics, consultation, pre-treatment assessment, treatment, discharge and follow-up within the commissioned scope.
