Norfolk County Council are seeking to appoint a number of providers who are suitably qualified, experienced and registered Bikeability providers to deliver cycle training that offers quality, value, and performance to children and families in Norfolk using a structured learning package. The primary objective of the service is to maximise participation in Bikeability Level 1 and 2 Combined training and achieve successful rider outcomes by the end of primary school (Year 6). The programme should develop pupils' road safety knowledge, improve safe decision-making, encourage responsible road user behaviour and support lifelong active travel. It should be noted that although values have been included in this notice, there is no guarantee as to the level of spend under this framework. The values are for the full 6 year term of the framework assuming all extensions are granted.
