Buckinghamshire Council (the Council) is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to understand market appetite and inform the Council’s strategy for a long-term regeneration partnership for Aylesbury Town Centre. The Council invites expressions of interest from experienced developers, investors and regeneration partners with the capability, track record and resources to participate in a significant, multi-phase regeneration programme. Responses will form an essential part of the Council's consideration of its procurement strategy, commercial arrangements, and delivery approach. The Council is considering a period of 10 years for the initial term of the Contract, with the ability to extend by a further 5 years. This PME notice is issued solely for preliminary market engagement purposes and does not constitute a call for competition. Proposition The Council launched the Aylesbury Investment Prospectus at UKREiiF in May 2026, setting out its vision and ambition for Aylesbury Town Centre.
