It is currently estimated that this has an average annual value of around £30,000.00 per annum, collection agents would be required to adhere to the British parking association and Financial conduct authority guidance. The contract will be let for a period of up to 4 years with an initial 2 year period followed by up to 2 further years subject to performance and Local government reorganisation. Given the nature of the service required the annual values have no minimum guarantee.
