The potential scope of ASC2 is currently expected to include services relating to Asbestos consultancy, surveying and removal services, Property protection and security services, Water hygiene, testing and treatment services, Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) compliance services, Electrical testing, inspection and remedial works, Building safety and associated compliance services and other statutory compliance disciplines identified through market engagement The above scope is indicative at this stage and may be amended or expanded following Preliminary Market Engagement and further development of the procurement strategy.
