About this contract

The Authority is seeking to establish a 4 year Closed Framework Contract (CFC) in accordance with Section 47(1)(b) of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) for the provision of asset compliance, building safety and assurance services, structured across the lots outlined in the procurement documents. The services required under this framework will support a range of CHIC members and will apply to a diverse portfolio of domestic and non domestic assets, including individual properties, blocks and estates, as part of members’ asset management, compliance and assurance programmes. The framework is intended to support members in meeting their statutory, regulatory and governance obligations, while managing risk to residents, staff and building users.
