The study will identify where demand is likely to concentrate, assess the extent to which existing approaches to movement and access can accommodate projected growth, and identify where pressures or constraints may emerge over time. This evidence will provide the principal analytical foundation for COMPF, creating a consistent and credible evidence base to inform subsequent transport modelling and testing, subsequent scenario development and the preparation of a Public Realm Masterplan for Oxford city centre.
