The Authority intends to establish a four-year Framework Agreement comprising two Lots for the provision of inspection, maintenance, and repair services for the overseas Civilian Armoured Vehicle (CAV) fleet managed by FCDO Services. Services will be delivered within defined geographic regions: Lot 1: Ukraine, Middle East and Africa. Lot 2: Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Each operational CAV within the global fleet is required to undergo an independent inspection and service at intervals of approximately 12 to 16 months throughout its operational lifecycle. These inspections are intended to assess vehicle roadworthiness, verify the condition of visible armoured protection systems, and undertake routine servicing activities. Following each inspection, the Supplier shall provide a comprehensive condition report detailing the vehicle's assessed condition, defects identified, servicing undertaken, and any remedial works completed during the inspection. The Framework will also include the provision of ad hoc repair and maintenance services arising from inspection findings or defects identified by in-country personnel during routine operations.
