Lymington and Pennington Town Council is seeking to appoint one integrated Architect, Engineering and Cost Consultant Team to deliver Phase 1 of the Lymington Sea Water Baths Restoration Project. The project is supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and will develop the technical, design and cost evidence needed to inform the future restoration and sustainable operation of the Baths. The Lymington Sea Water Baths are a nationally significant historic coastal leisure facility. The site is affected by substantial structural deterioration, marine saltwater exposure, historic settlement, potentially unstable tidal deposits, ageing infrastructure, accessibility limitations and outdated facilities. The appointed team will be responsible for delivering and coordinating the architectural, structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, marine and environmental consultancy, quantity surveying and technical survey services required to complete the Phase 1 feasibility work and develop coordinated proposals to RIBA Stage 2.
