The provision of an Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) to develop the Employer’s Brief in relation to the design and delivery of a new St Columban’s Primary School. The ICT shall undertake the procurement, appointment and management of the Contracting Team on behalf of the Employer and shall continue to manage and oversee the project through the remaining stages of the RIBA 2020 Plan of Work 5-7.
