About this contract

Arc Property Services Partnership Limited (the “Client”) intends to procure a single-supplier framework agreement for the provision of a comprehensive range of mechanical engineering works acrossthe operational estate that it manages on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC). The Framework will provide access to a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor capable of delivering planned works on an as-required basis. The services will support the Client’s construction, maintenance, and asset management activities across multiple sites.
