About this contract

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has been formally modified. It was agreed at System Contract Development Group (SCDG) that, since there was now a separate CDC contract, the NHSE funding that has been allocated to CDCs needed to be removed from the main contract (and added into the separate CDC contract) This decision was approved by the ICB Executive Director of Finance No Conflicts of Interest were declared.
