You are invited to submit a tender for the replacement of the flat roof on the upper block at Fochriw Primary School. The scope of the project is fully described in Appendix 1 but in summary the scope is: - Provide and erect fixed scaffolding with built in stairs, hoists for materials, and including additional protection over all maintained entrance/exit and fire escape doors, double boarded fans, kick boards, brick guards on handrails, netting and any post protection padding as may be necessary, etc. - Flat Roof Renewal on upper block. - Replace 3NO. high level windows. - Replace 2NO. roof lanterns.
