About this contract

The aim of this Most Suitable Provider Process is to appoint Medical Advisors for the purpose of consulting on the arrangements for accessing and disclosing health information of children and young people who are looked after and/or are open to the adoption service. Cambridgeshire County Council is to be provided with Medical Advisors who will provide Medical Assessments for Special Guardianship Orders (SGO's); Medical Assessments for foster carers and Medical Assessments for children and young people. IMPORTANT: The Council intends to follow the "Most Suitable Provider Process" (MSPP) under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) as set out in the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
