Holistic Support: Information, advice and support will be provided for Service Users throughout Aberdeenshire with signposting to advice and support for their carers offered. Services provided will be flexible and respond to the needs of Service Users. The Service Provider will ensure the safety of the Service User in daily living through continuous prompting and advice. Interaction with appropriate groups and individuals in the community will be encouraged. The Service Provider will endeavour to raise general awareness of dementia amongst professional workers and the general public and promote the development of dementia friendly communities across the region. The Service Provider will establish and maintain clear communication channels with the public, partners, and colleagues, sharing relevant information, and will advertise all events widely throughout Aberdeenshire.
