•The purpose of the works is to install all vertical and horizontal fire cavity barriers at all party wall and party slab junctions in the external façade, and fire cavity barriers around openings. In order to carry out these works, all external facades need to be striped back to the internal leaf (from the outside) and re-constructed. •The works are intended to be a JCT intermediate contract 2024 with Contractor’s design portion. •The design portion includes all temporary works (scaffolding calculations etc), specific setting out designs and specific screw fixing specifications to suit existing substrate once exposed and clearly known and understood in all locations. •There are 3 main material finishes to the external façades outer-leafs.
