Find a Tender Service (FTS)
The UK government's official portal for public-sector contract opportunities above the procurement thresholds, replacing OJEU post-Brexit.
Definition
Find a Tender Service (FTS) is the UK government's official portal for public-sector procurement notices above the relevant financial thresholds. It replaced the EU's OJEU/TED following Brexit and is the authoritative source for above-threshold UK public sector tenders, contract notices and award notices.
Access is free for any supplier. FTS publishes notices from central government, NHS, councils, devolved administrations and other public bodies. Aggregators like WinAContract pull from FTS plus Contracts Finder and the devolved portals into a single search.
How this affects your bid
Set up keyword and CPV-code alerts on FTS for opportunities relevant to you. Acting fast on a fresh notice — getting to the buyer's portal, downloading documents and starting your bid/no-bid assessment — wins more contracts than perfect responses submitted late.
